This vase is part of my "Rose in Bloom" series, eight one of a kind pieces made using 19 different clay colors. I hand made all of the reds, pinks, and purples clay I have for this collection, then used three distinct marbling patterns to create variation throughout the series. Each vase is formed into its own unique shape, allowing the movement of color to unfold differently in every piece.
